More creamy frosting – every guest enjoyed this dessert. • Mackerel Otah: Full of fragrant spices and fresh mackerel, with a firm yet tender texture; easily one of the most popular items on the table. • Prawns in Chilli Crab Sauce: Plump, juicy prawns coated in a savoury, tangy sauce that had just the right amount of heat – the sauce was so good many guests asked for extra! 📝 Areas for Improvement • Curry Chicken: We appreciated the generous portion size (delivered in 2 separate tubs) and the abundance of tender chicken pieces. However, the curry sauce was quite thin and lacked depth of flavour – adding more spices, coconut milk, or simmering it longer to thicken would make this dish excellent. • Cereal Fish: This dish was the least popular; several guests found the fish too dry and the cereal coating lacking the usual buttery, fragrant taste. • Fried Rice with Chicken Ham & Whitebait: The rice was tasty but noticeably dry; a little more oil or moisture would make it fluffier and more enjoyable. 📦 Service & Value Delivery arrived punctually at 6:30 PM as scheduled, and the complimentary cutlery and hand wipes were convenient.
