$80 ($87.20 w/GST) per level — if not informed in advance

Inaccessibility charge:
Ranges from $50 ($54.50 w/GST) to $150 ($163.50 w/GST)
Applies to venues without direct access (e.g. long walking distance, lack of loading bay/lift) to be collected on the spot

An additional surcharge of $100.00 to $200.00 will be levied for delivery before 9.00am or collection after 10.00PM.

Actual delivery timing may vary +/- 30 mins from the stipulated delivery time due to unforeseen circumstances such as weather and traffic condition.

Based on SFA regulation, food with warmers and setup is best consumed within 3 hours. Food without warmers is best consumed within 1 hour.

Orders must be finalised at least four (4) working days prior to the event date and are subject to availability upon confirmation.

Manna Pot Catering reserves the right to amend or withdraw any promotional items or menus at its discretion in the event on non-availability.

Cancellation Policy
3 working days before - 50% of the total amount payable
2 working days before - 70% of the total amount payable
1 working day before - 100% of the total amount payable.
An administrative fee of $100 is applicable to process the refund upon customer’s
withdrawal of the event booking once prepayment has been made.
