Actual delivery timing may vary +/- 30 mins from the stipulated delivery time due to unforeseen circumstances such as weather and traffic condition.

Based on SFA regulation, food with warmers and setup is best consumed within 3 hours. Food without warmers is best consumed within 1 hour.

Orders must be finalised at least four (4) working days prior to the event date and are subject to availability upon confirmation.

All items are subjected to changes with or without prior notice at the discretion of Manna Pot Catering in the event of non-availability

Menu or packaging items may be changed to another of equivalent value in the event of non-stock availability without prior notice.

Manna Pot Catering reserves the right to amend or withdraw any promotional item or menus where it deems fit.

Any cancellation must be in writing, notified to and accepted by Manna Pot Catering Pte Ltd, at least
4 working days before event date; failing which cancellation charges will be applicable.
- 3 working days before event: 50% cancellation charge
- 2 working days before event: 70% cancellation charge
- 1 working day or less before event: 100% cancellation charge

An administrative fee of $100 is applicable to process the refund upon customer’s
withdrawal of the event booking once prepayment has been made.
