The service was up to my expectations but the food came in a small portion especially the cold cut. The oven baked chicken was not cut or chopped into smaller pieces so it was not easy for guests to take a portion to eat. I found the food too oily. The cranberry sauce went well with the baked chicken.

The delivery guy was very accommodating and helpful as the venue was not ready when he arrived. Set up was done very fast due to the time constraints. Food was gd and portion was gd too.

Food was well packed and delivered on time. Utensils, serving tongs, serving scoops, plates and bowls were provided.

First of all, the delivery man was very very good friendly and nice... He was very calm and careful in his work despite a lot of guests were there already when he set up. Secondly, he waited very patiently for us to clear our food outside the venue (which was so hot) and didn't give us any rushed attitude which we really appreciate a lot a lot... This type of service attitude definitely is up to standard and make our day happy and hassle-free.
Coming to the food, fried rice was really good (粒粒分明) savory and just right. Fried Thai chicken was definya hit too, cereal fish was amazing as such a long period it's still crunchy (couldn't believe the crunchiness toward the end of the time) however a little improvement could be a heavier taste or even a sauce to compliment. The Beancurd was good too as the unami flavour was just right and not overly salty.
However to our shocking, seafood youtiao actually do means seafood 五香 if say in local context. We choose this dish because we thought it is the seafood paste in the real Chinese youtiao. Thus we suggest the caterer change the name of this item to prevent misleading information. But nonetheless, this item wasn't that bad but a lot of leftover. The dessert was suppose to be almond longan, however almond was missing and we assumed it was replace by sea coconut. (The caterer did message to ask if everything was alright and how the food taste.) So we feedback this to them and we personally felt that if any ingredient was to be replaced, the caterer could have inform the customer or check if we would like any change of choice. Almond is the soul of this dessert which I think majority can agree and a lot of guests were trying to dig for almond jelly.

Lastly this one we felt is the most feedback.. the cocktail punch is totally EMPTY before even 1hr of the event. We catered for 60 pax, a lot of kids even, and the juice wasn't enough at all..this send us panic and worry and got some of our relatives to rush down NTUC to buy mineral water and cordial juice for guest.. at that point of time, only 75 percent of our guests reached. Usually in a party, the drinks would be the over catered item, I do not remember any buffet I went drinks can be emptied before buffet ended. Everyone was shock and guests waited quite long for our emergency refill. This is a very embarrassed situation. We do hope to know more about the insufficient of drinks though.

In a nutshell, this buffet is considered value for money and I dun mind to order for any other event that is coming up again... Especially this particular delivery man, I would really like to give special credit... Thanks

Overall food was good but portion was a little small compared to most of the caterers that we have ordered from. Rice and noodle could actually be considered as one dish instead of 2 dishes in the menu as its only 50%. Teriyaki chicken chop was changed to chicken drumstick instead but was still good. Overall service was good.

Portion is good and caterer was on time ! Very pleasant experience. Just find the fish a little tough. Overall, value for money and I will recommend.

Food items arrived earlier than expected. Good indeed. The taste and flavour of each item were great. Not so salty or too oily. The red bean soup dessert sweetness was just nice. Our Japanese colleagues like the dessert very much.

The food from this caterer is good. My guests are all very happy with the food. They especially like the braised pork ribs which was using pork soft bones and cook till very soft.

First time order from RichFood and was left with impressive experiences.
Food was tasty and nice, portion was just nice, pricing was acceptable.
The food selection they provide was also a level different from the normal standard items other caterer provide. They do put in effort in their menu selection.
Delivery was on time without delay despite still during CNY period.
Perhaps 1 thing to improved was to have call the customer to reassured order was accepted. As we order through foodline, we only got the email from foodline, but not from RichFood.
Other than this need to improve, all the others was good! Keep it up!

Portion was just nice and there wasn't much food wastage.
Each dish was cooked to perfection. Not too salty but yet flavourful.
The sea coconut was very sweet. That didn't sweeten the deal.
