Actual delivery timing may vary +/- 30 mins from the stipulated delivery time due to unforeseen circumstances such as weather and traffic condition.

Based on SFA regulation, food with warmers and setup is best consumed within 3 hours. Food without warmers is best consumed within 1 hour.

Kindly allow a grace period of 30 minutes from the scheduled delivery time for unforeseen circumstances due to bad weather and adverse traffic conditions etc. Rico Catering shall not be responsible for such instances. Your kind understanding is much appreciated.

The Management reserves the right to replace the menu items should it be unavailable at the time of event or amend the terms & conditions at our sole discretion without prior notice

Lead time: Finalize at least 4 working days before the event. Order increment of
5 guests.

In the event of any cancellation or change of date for the order, a cancellation charge applies:

50% of the total spending with less than 4 working days of notification
100% of the total spending with less than 3 working days of notification

Upon confirmation, strictly no decrease in the number of pax and no cancellation is allowed.
