Actual delivery timing may vary +/- 30 mins from the stipulated delivery time due to unforeseen circumstances such as weather and traffic condition.

Based on SFA regulation, food with warmers and setup is best consumed within 3 hours. Food without warmers is best consumed within 1 hour.

All order must be made 4 days in advance

Kindly allow a grace period of 30 minutes from the scheduled delivery time for unforeseen circumstances due to bad weather and adverse traffic conditions etc. Rico Catering Pte Ltd shall not be responsible for such instances. Your kind understanding is much appreciated.

Food Best consumed within 2 hours after the stipulated time of delivery. Caterer shall not bear any responsibility for food consumed beyond the stipulated time.

The Management reserves the right to replace the menu items should it be unavailable at the time of event or amend the terms & conditions at our sole discretion without prior notice.

A cancellation fee of 50% of the total invoice amount shall apply for cancellations made after confirmation. 100% of the total invoice amount shallapply for cancellations made less than forty-eight (48) hours prior to delivery.

Upon confirmation, strictly no decrease in the number of pax and no cancellation is allowed.

All items, menus and prices are subjected to changes or withdrawal without prior notice at the sole discretion of the company.
