Hope next time could be better
Food a bit cold, other than is okay. The portion was just somehow just nice. Would be great if next time it could include something to warm up the food.
Disappointed
Food quality has deteriorated. Ordered brown rice bee hoon and received normal white bee hoon. Nonya chap chye is dry. Only item that is good is the garlic prawn. Can’t find the mustard dip for the fillet fish. Overall portion for 16 pax seems smaller than what we had previously. On a positive note, food came hot

First time ordering, some hits and misses. Food came 1 hour early which is not really ideal.
Bad: Chicken chop way too salty and almost unpalatable for me. Drink was veryy diluted that I’m not even sure if it’s the correct drink I ordered
Good: bobo cha cha was fragrant and good but better if ingredients were not overcooked and can have the colourful jelly. Sweet sour fish was good and oatmeal prawns were fresh and won’t stick to shell. Also gave a lot eclairs.
Probably they specialise more in curry and spiced dishes

Food portion guidance could have been better
Food was decent but the portions were way too much.
Before confirming the order I have also clarified with the salesperson if the portions that I have allocated, was it sufficient based on the number of persons I have. The salesperson advised I should top up more. In the end, close to 40% of the food was remaining, which disappointing and wasteful. Service could have been better by giving better advice.

Nil
Was told the food taste does not taste that nice. It could be due to last minute orders and also due to festive period.
Food is ok
Ordered 80 pax buffet, giving only 3 hours is definitely insufficient. Food is ok but portion is too less. Only the rice came in 2 trays, the rest all 1 tray only. The vegetable in the curry is far too less and Ngoh Hiang also very less, not sure is it 1 piece per pax. Drink is too sweet. Overall is acceptable.
Not Like- expect a tastier lunch for the price of $12/pax.
There was only 1 tray of Mee Goreng for 60 pax. Portion very little. Overall feed back is the cooking not palatable.
CAN CONSIDER BUT NOT REALLY MY 1ST CHOICE TO ORDER AGAIN :(
The SIN CHOW BEE HOON is not as nice as before. I think the chef that cook has changed. Last time I ordered it is more nicer. The standard have drop now. The rest of the dish still OK but can be better. The buffet setup standard have also drop. I prefer last time setup is more neat and tidy.
Delivery was late. Food was passable but nothing fantastic
Delivery was late by half an hour. Although the driver was apologetic, some of my guests had to leave before the food came, so it was a big disappointment and embarrassment as the host. Food was so-so.

Longevity noodles were too soggy and mostly untouched. The Emperor Chicken had too much sauce, but no serving spoon was provided, only tongs, which made it inconvenient.
The baked fish used dory, and the texture was soft and mushy; some guests thought the sauce tasted more like sambal than chilli crab.
Cereal prawns and otah were in small portions and ran out quickly. Kailan was a bit tough and also had quite a lot left over.
Dessert was okay. Orange cordial tasted like diluted syrup water.
Suitable if you’re on a tight budget, but food quality, portions and setup can definitely improve.
