"Rilassi Catering – Prosperity Feast Buffet"

Ordered the Prosperity Feast Buffet ($19.80/pax with Yu Sheng) for our CNY event. Price is affordable, but the overall experience was average, and a lot of food was left over — which rarely happens at our gatherings.

Longevity noodles were too ... More soggy and mostly untouched. The Emperor Chicken had too much sauce, but no serving spoon was provided, only tongs, which made it inconvenient.

The baked fish used dory, and the texture was soft and mushy; some guests thought the sauce tasted more like sambal than chilli crab.

Cereal prawns and otah were in small portions and ran out quickly. Kailan was a bit tough and also had quite a lot left over.

Dessert was okay. Orange cordial tasted like diluted syrup water.

Suitable if you’re on a tight budget, but food quality, portions and setup can definitely improve.
