Food quantity is very little. Food does not taste good. Sometimes, the egg is burnt. Value of the food is not worth the amount paid.

Food not likeable by kids. Soup was rather bland. Rice was very hard. Was given 2 same dish on the last day :( not worth the money.

The food portion is good but no much varieties. The dishes were repeated for days. The green vegetables turned yellowish when consumed it at 7pm.

We really don't like this menu, there is always a deep-fried dish every time and the whole menu feels very lousy. not suitable for my child and family. when ordered I marked no spicy no fish with bones, however, we receive spicy fish with bones on one dinner. the delivery is also too early, we receive our dinner at 3:30 pm, some of the food doesn't smell good when its dinner time.

Food is average. Portion is quite small for some dishes. Soup comes with chicken almost everyday. Chicken meat is the main stay almost everyday. Can have more variety for protein. Delivery was fine except for the occasional spillage.

Food portion was small for 2pax (especially on first day).
Would be better if delivery person could just ring doorbell before leaving.
Not sure why there are no pork dishes.

I was not very happy with the food & services provided by this tingkat caterer.
Delivery time was not punctual & food portion given was not enough for 2 person.
Overall food was ok.
Hope they can improve on the delivery timing.

Was disappointed the first day when saw the food. Mayb cos higher expectations were there after reading reviews. Generally food is ok, but i see repeat food even for 3 days trial although they tried to cook it via diff sauce/ ways. Soup is flavourful, the only thing my kid like.

Quantity too little for 3 pax and food is not appetitsing at all. Taste slightly below average and worse, doesn't follow the menu given.

We like that the food is still warm on arrival and reaches us between 11am to 12pm. However, food portions are to little even for light eaters like us. A lot more processed food used compared to other providers. Internal processes need improvement e.g. slow response from customer service, no time stamp on food until we asked for it, no weekly menu provided, delivery cancelled at short notice without valid reason.
