Day 1 food was unexpectedly good. Unfortunately, forgot to take a picture. Day 2 and 3 were okay. Chicken tasted almost the same both days. Enjoyed having the pineapple rice for variety.

- Delivery was super early. Ready to serve by 12.30pm but requested for 1pm
- Setup was super fast and efficient ????
- Serviettes not provided
- Stools are a little dirty and dusty
- Collection requested to be at 5+ to 6 but collected at 7+pm

Food
Thai Pineapple Rice 泰式黄梨饭 - Not bad. Quite tasty. Don't mind ordering this option again
Sin Chow Bee Hoon 星洲米粉 - A little blend
Wheat Prawn 麦片虾 - Received pepper salt prawn instead =(
Sweet & Sour Fish 酸甜片 - A bit dry but still not bad
Curry Chicken 咖喱鸡 - Quite salty but very tasty. Just nice for the blend bee hoon ????
Golden Egg Beancurd 黄金豆腐 - Very nice. Will order this again
Honeydew Sago 蜜瓜西米露 - Super super super sweet! I suspect they forgot and put double or triple portion of sugar
BlackCurrant 黑加仑子 - Very diluted

Noted that Combo Menus are served twice a week and that rice will not be required. Since I ordered additional rice and paid for the full duration, shouldn't the order include the packets of rice even when combo meals are served?

Food was up to our expectation as indicated.

Service standard could have been better.
I wasn't impressed initially when there was no reply to my enquiry made. I even have to follow up on requesting an amended invoice so that I can made the payment in time for the delivery the next day. It could have been better if I were informed in advance that there might be a delay due to high call volume.

Yes food is good and delivery is on time. have been buying for quite sometime and will continue to support

The food was good and the services was good too. Just felt that the portion abit little as we ordered 30pax portion.

Ordered the 3-days trial lunch from Wed to Fri. And, I was anticipated as this was my 1st time tingkat order.

1st day was ok, delivered around 12 noon. Called around 11am+ to confirm as I saw reviews there were missing delivery incidents. Food was quite simple nice and sufficient for 2 pax.

2nd day, didn't call beforehand as there was delivery on the 1st day. cooked the rice and waited until 1.30pm, so called up and checked. After a few calls I was told that there was no delivery due to their account girl made a mistake & website issue. They proposed to deliver around 3.30pm instead which I rejected & counter propose to make it for dinner instead but they did not agree. Then, they proposed to deliver another day which is the following Mon and I also rejected. I'm not trying to be nasty but I had my reason why I chose Wed to Fri due to my Mom had her day surgery & I wfh to take care of her.

So, there was no agreement for the replacement, I requested to refund the remaining 2 days meal. I'm couldn't comprehend why they will missed out the 2nd day meal if they were able to deliver on the 1st day. I wouldn't want to comment on their internal system but just don't understand why such incident will happened if there was a proper system to run the orders.

That's it. This incident made me think twice to order any tingkat already. We are so dependable on the timely & sure-to-deliver meal but at the same time worry about whether we would got the dishes or not. I wouldn't want to call up every day just to make sure I have my dishes.

Tasty food, great for value. delivery and setup was on time. quantity of food proved was just nice for my guests.

Dessert too sweet, drink abit dialuted, over all the main dish are delicious, portion is quite small for 50pax

The food portion is generous and yummy. The delivery is on time. Overall, a pleasant food catering experience with great customer service.

Food was ok. Delivery was early. Lesser fried food like nuggets and the like would be appreciated.
