Food quality is fine and portions are reasonable for 4 pax. Delivery is early. Customer service has to improve, most of the time have to wait 2 days for an answer.

Not bad, most of the dishes are good, serving size is generous. Will order again, continue to maintain the standard.

My second renewal with them and enjoyed the food a lot. Renewed it for the 3th time. Pricing is very reasonable as well.

Price is cheap as compared to other Tingkat Caterer. However food is only average. Service not so good as need to call them every Monday to send you menu. Sometimes call many times, plus message and whatsApp but not sending and no reply at all.

Fuss free when placing order through Foodline. Robert catering will WhatsApp with order details directly. Deliveries were on time and with no hiccups. Changes in delivery day was a breeze. Food was delicious, they give good chicken parts like wings and drumsticks in the chicken soup unlike other caterers who usually gives chicken neck etc.

Repeated order. Food has different varieties, suggest to have more fried food :) Will order again..!

Tingkat delivery was done promptly. Dishes were good - not too oily and salty. I have renewed it for another cycle.
