Food is alright. The soup is quite blend. Ordered 1 pax but 2 rice, only gave 1 rice for thrice of the orders. Asked to re deliver for 1 day, failed to make arrangements properly. I really wouldn't recommend people to use this catering.

I notice that there are more fried finger food from the caterer then the rest that i have tried. Nonetheless food portion is reasonable and delivery is on time.

As shown in picture, there is so much space in the container. Caterer is not generous with the portion. We had to cook Maggie mee after the dinner as we are not full after the meal. Food taste is so-so.

2 out of 3 days, the meat is deep fried. We were glad when the 3 days trial is over.

Pros: The food was quite tasty and hardly had repetition. Caterer was responsive to whatsapp messages.

Cons: Usually had processed/finger food as one of the 4 dishes which was not so healthy. Provided servings for 4 person although order was for 5 person clearly shown by number indicated on containers and number of pieces given eg 8 pieces for 5 person to share. Felt cheated paying for 5 person but given 4 person's serving. Last straw was when vegetable came spoilt and had to be thrown away.

Consequently cancelled my 30-day order after 5 days of service.

Received a phone call on the first day regarding the delivery location at about 3 plus in the afternoon and the dinner was delivered at 4 plus. By the time we consume our dinner at about 7 pm. The food is already cold. On the final day of the trial, the food was delivered at 2 plus pm. That is way too early and according to NEA requirements, food must be consumed within 4 hours! Gave feedback on this and was compensated with an additional lunch meal the next day. While we appreciate the compensation, the timing of delivery does not suit us and we certainly won't want to be eating cold food every day. Food is simple but a little too salty for our liking. You can only feel the saltiness when you are not eating the food with rice. The rating would have been better if not for the extremely early delivery times.

The food was a bit inconsistent. The first day was bad but subsequently it was better. The portion is a bit small. Overall it’s still OK

The first day and second day is okay, 2 of the same staples is provided on the third day but ordered rice

Repeat dishes so fast. Fish bad taste, fried hot dog awful. Didn't expect such quality. Complaints from family members too

Out of 5-day dinner dishes, 2 days came with cabbage & beancurd sticks. Portions provided also small. The food is edible but taste & variety not liked by family members.

On the last two days, the food came very late after 7pm. Moreover, the driver was uncontactable so we had to eventually prepare our own dinner. Really do not recommend this caterer if you are looking for timely delivery.
