Cooking instruction for (B)
1. 速冻食品先完全解冻 Please thoroughly defrost frozen food before cooking
2. 开水锅煮水到100°C 度时， 水沸腾将火调至中火 When the water is boiled and reaches a temperature of 100°C, please adjust to medium heat
3. 将食品包装（高温蒸煮袋）放进开水锅里泡 10-12分钟 Put the food packaging (safe for high-temperature cooking) into the pot of boiling water and simmer for 7 – 10 minutes
4. 取出食品包装，剪开封口 Cut the seal and take out the food from its packaging
5. 倒出食品摆盘，即可享用 Pour the food out on a plate, and it’s ready to serve

Cooking instruction for (DF):
1. 速冻食品先完全解冻 Please thoroughly defrost frozen food before cooking
2. 锅中油加热至100°c Heat the oil in the pan to 100°c
3. 从食品包装取出食品，放进热锅里炸至金黄色即可 Take out the food from its packaging, put it one by one into the hot pan, and fry it until golden brown.
4. 食品摆盘，即可享用 Place the food on the plate and ready to serve
