Stamford Catering

Our family enjoyed the food very much. The Pen Cai was very tasty and had so many different items in it like braised duck, fish maw, sea cucumber, mushrooms, dried oyster, scallops, bean curd, abalone. The gravy was also very flavourful. We also liked the Yu Sheng although tge one we received was not smoked salmon but crispy fish skin. The noodles was also tasty although a bit dry without any gravy. The chicken meat was tasteless although the skin and external dressings was nice. On the whole we would give a score of 9 out of 10 for overall value and taste.

Delivery was on time, food is good. Love the self heating containers, which heated up the food nicely before we started dinner. Highly recommended!

Excellent food and service as usual from Stamford. Everything was provided to have a fuss free dining with a big group.

Food was delivered on time & the self heating pads were great since we only started eating half an hr after the food was delivered! Food was hot for consumption and everyone raved about the food???????? Portion was just nice :)

Delivery was prompt, within the estimated time frame.
There are 3 dishes which we found a bit bland; Chicken wings, Prawns and Vegetables. (Our family's taste is more on the heavy side).
But overall the food is good, fresh.
Sorry that I did not upload any picture of the Yu Sheng, as too busy lohei, forget to take. But it's really nice. The fish skin was very crispy. Overall taste with the sauce etc is good.

Food was good. Like the salted egg n crispy cornflakes roasted chicken as the meat was tender and tasty. Only issue was the delivery that was delayed for more than an hour and no one bother to respond when we called.

Food was it to be delivered on 1pm. Was told they will come at 12 to start up and food will be ready by 1pm.

However, delivery of the food was late by 1.5 hours. Food was cold when it was set up and my guests were unhappy. This also delayed the entire schedule of our programs, and we had to extend the booking of the event space, incurring extra cost.

Some (even ourselves), had stomach ache the next morning. This is not acceptable to us and we seek a full explanation/compensation. Thank you.
