1. Food provided totally different from the menu shown here.
(Consumer rights abuse)
2. Bad packaging, many times soup spilled out till less than half.
3. Very bad dessert. Sugar water with some yellow millet, ... More green or red bean 90% of the time.
4. Bad customer service. Missed delivery one time. Had to call to check. Someone answered and after that there was no follow-up reply. Had to email to foodline to assist with the matter. Not once during the 30days was there any customer survey feedback/response at all. Customer service totally non-existent
5. Lots of garlic
6. Lots of onion
7. Sourish spoilt overnight vegetable one time. Totally inedible , had to throw.
Conclusion : Claim to be premium but far from it. For the price of $18 per meal , can easily get better quality food outside.

Promising caterer but consistency can be improved.

I had really high expectations for this caterer - I looked at their menu with much delight on their web. They had really good dishes and they were having a good promo price, so I decided to try them out despite them being quite new to the tingkat ... More scene.

Everyday the dishes were either a hit or miss. Some days you completely couldn't eat anything, some days you really enjoy some of the dishes.

What I liked - their vegetables are really really nicely cooked everyday, veggies tastes great and by far the best tasting veggies I've ever had so far. Some days they'll throw in one small abalone inside the meals. Their fish maw soup (only came once) was really nice too. Prawn dishes are nicely done. Rice quality is ok. Portions are ok.

What I didn't like - No consistency in food quality and did not follow the menu, so everyday felt like a surprise which was not what I was looking forward to. One day they served huge chunks of smoked duck meat with chinese sausage, along with a fake crabmeat prawn soup - this wasn't on any part of the menu at all and that whole meal was totally unappetizing to me. Would not have signed up if I knew the menu would be like that. Threw away lots of food in-between the 10 days because of that. Not being spoiled - just exercising my right as a consumer. It's just like how you would takeaway a dish that you would eat outside, and not expect them to serve you something else.

ALL fish dishes I received were really really fishy. Feedback sent many times but sadly somehow issue still persisted. Feel dreaded whenever I see fish in the bento box. Menu described some dishes with 'truffle' but no truffle taste at all (truffle flavour also non-existent), they did mention fresh fruits would be served as desserts but only received it once throughout after much feedback to them. Every other day was an overly sweetened chinese dessert or agar agar.

For the premium price and the caterer's experience in holding banquet dinners, I would've expected better consistency in the food standards but I understand they might still be experimenting and new. Promising caterer but still lots of improve on.

Dishes are always cooked well and delicious. Generous portions especially for prawns and the fish dishes. They frequently include baby abalone, pacific clams and smoked duck which are not common toppings.

Soups were very good but tend to be based around pork ribs unlike what was stated in the menu.
The desserts are disappointing as they tend to be 糖水 which are very hit or miss. Fresh fruits was served only once in 30 days, and jellies in the last week.

Service is good, they reacted promptly to improve the packaging after feedback about regular spillage of the soups, desserts etc. Maybe for longer contracts, it may be cheaper for them to switch to re-usable containers to reduce the plastic wastage.

Ordered based the 50% off promo but at full price (i.e. $30-40 per meal), its basically restaurant-quality food in your own home (at restaurant prices too). Good for people who can afford and enjoy a wide variety of dishes.

Great Ballroom premium tingkat menu does meets my family palatte ... and the element of anticipation to look forward what will be in the delivered dishes - especially in the P2 phase

What i will suggest to GB is that it does not require to have ... More abalone on its vegetables -- a fresh and crunchy bit more veg with no abalone will be mote than welcomed.

I welcome all the soups except 1 day where it was extremely salty even after adding water
