Tingkat Mama

Generally the food was ok except that the portions was slightly less. I prefer the delivery around 5pm but usually around 4pm. There is slight improvement in the delivery time.

Food is generally tasty. Customer service is also quite responsive. Will continue to engage their service.

I am quite disappointed when they inform me that their kitchen has some issue so they are missing 1 dish, and they will refund S$ 1, how they do that I have no idea? but missing 1 dish is sad, they should replace with something else instead.

Renewed my order with them as the taste is just right. Not too saltish nor oily which is very rare for such catering. Really like home cooked food.
Only flaw is that they are not very flexible in that they only provide 3 dishes+ 1 soup. No option to choose 4 dishes. But still like them

Food was bland and could be better. There was not a single memorable dish for me. Fortunately I only took the 5 days to try them out.

Food always arrives on time at 5pm and is still warm when eaten.
I love that their food menu is always so varied and consists of different cuisines (e.g. katsu curry, thai basil pork, western dishes) not always chinese food like other caterers. foodline.
Food is always nice and yummy and I look forward to dinner time because of Tingkat mama.

This week my favourite dishes were: meatballs in tomato sauce and french onion soup

Has been ordering for 1 month, food is very delicious and not salty. Will continue to order from them again.

The food is mostly tasty, less salty and oily than outside food. Timely delivery. I loved that the food is served in tingkat container, not microwavable containers.
