Food was ok but hard to justify their price increase when there are better alternatives at the same price points. packing is iffy, with multiple leaks and spills despite repeated feedback without any service recovery.

Regarding our recent price adjustment, we understand that customers naturally compare options in the market. The adjustment was made alongside significant upgrades to our meals. Unlike many conventional tingkat providers that offer a single protein dish per meal, our current menu includes two quality protein dishes in every meal. This decision was made with our customers’ wellbeing in mind, as adequate protein intake plays an important role in maintaining muscle strength, supporting immunity, promoting recovery, and helping older adults reduce the risk of muscle loss as they age.
In addition, we have invested in higher-quality ingredients, Healthier Choice cooking oil, healthier seasonings, Low GI rice options, and a wider variety of dishes to provide more balanced and nutritious meals for our customers and their families.
We would also like to apologise for the occasional sauce leakage you experienced. While the food itself remained intact, we understand that any leakage can be frustrating and affect the overall dining experience. We appreciate you bringing this to our attention and have continued working with our kitchen and packing team to further improve our packing standards.

This tingkat vendor offers higher value protein such as beef and salmon which I don't get from other vendors. The vegetables are crunchy and not mushy most of the time. Other caterer vegetables are usually mushy.

Service and response are excellent and prompt. My parents like the variety of dishes and the way the dishes are cooked. Will continue to order with them if the pricing can be even more attractive
The food was satisfactory for my parents generally. We were surprised when one dinner was missed out but the caterer's customer service was quick to respond and the service recovery was great.
The rice can be pretty hard and dishes no gravy. Soups at times are salty and too much of fried food/processed food (e.g cheese tofu) I did indicate no seafood and 1 of the menu came ebi. Not for my liking unfortunately.

Very friendly & good customer service. When feedback that vegetable portion was a bit small, they acted on it & gave a bigger portion the next round. Overall food was good, especially the soup. They are mostly tasty.

Portions could be more. Food was often repeated and not interesting. Delivery time varies, sometimes too early and sometimes slightly late, but acceptable.

For many of our customers (especially smaller households or elderly), we try to keep portions balanced to avoid food wastage, but we completely understand that everyone’s appetite and expectations can be different. We’ll definitely review how we can improve this better.
Regarding menu variety, our menus are on a rotating cycle, but your feedback is a good reminder for us to keep things more interesting and less repetitive — thank you for pointing this out.

Was worried at first whether she can finish or whether the food will be too hard for her. But surprisingly, portion is quite manageable and food is quite elderly friendly.
She especially likes ... Morethe soup and softer dishes. Now I don’t have to keep asking her “you eat already or not” every day 😅
