Regarding our recent price adjustment, we understand that customers naturally compare options in the market. The adjustment was made alongside significant upgrades to our meals. Unlike many conventional tingkat providers that offer a single protein dish per meal, our current menu includes two quality protein dishes in every meal. This decision was made with our customers’ wellbeing in mind, as adequate protein intake plays an important role in maintaining muscle strength, supporting immunity, promoting recovery, and helping older adults reduce the risk of muscle loss as they age.

In addition, we have invested in higher-quality ingredients, Healthier Choice cooking oil, healthier seasonings, Low GI rice options, and a wider variety of dishes to provide more balanced and nutritious meals for our customers and their families.

We would also like to apologise for the occasional sauce leakage you experienced. While the food itself remained intact, we understand that any leakage can be frustrating and affect the overall dining experience. We appreciate you bringing this to our attention and have continued working with our kitchen and packing team to further improve our packing standards.
