Very responsive and helpful caterer. My first Tingkat trial on Foodline was a total disappointment. Order trial for 2pax for 5 days at about $190. Food was delivered at about 3pm. Ran out of brown rice on the second day and they refunded me a dollar. But overall… nothing worth ... Moreremembering. Food was not delicious. No specialty.
After this trial, I ordered from Hxxxxx Dxxxxxxx for 2 pax for 10 days at $250. Dishes were tastier than this. Show less

We sincerely apologise for the inconvenience regarding the brown rice. On that day, we unexpectedly ran out of brown rice during preparation. To avoid delaying your ... Moremeal, we replaced it with white rice, and immediately refunded $1 to you.
We understand this was not the choice you originally selected, and we are truly sorry that it affected your experience. We have since tightened our stock planning to prevent this from happening again.

We recently tried U Family Tingkat, and it really exceeded our expectations! Every meal tastes like proper home-cooked food. The menu changes daily so we never get bored. Was generous in the food portion. Great variety of dishes . Surprise that clams was served, which don't see in other carters menu. The soup was great and my mum love them.
