We sincerely apologise for the inconvenience regarding the brown rice. On that day, we unexpectedly ran out of brown rice during preparation. To avoid delaying your ... More meal, we replaced it with white rice, and immediately refunded $1 to you.

We understand this was not the choice you originally selected, and we are truly sorry that it affected your experience. We have since tightened our stock planning to prevent this from happening again.
