Actual delivery timing may vary +/- 30 mins from the stipulated delivery time due to unforeseen circumstances such as weather and traffic condition.

Based on SFA regulation, food with warmers and setup is best consumed within 3 hours. Food without warmers is best consumed within 1 hour.

Weight indicated for the traditional roasts are approximate measurements after cooking.

Trimmings, garnishes and disposable wares are not included.

Roast Turkey will be delivered at room temperature. Reheating is recommended before serving.

Festive items & decoration are subjected to availability & may change without prior notice.

For cancellation less than (2) working days, there is a cancellation fee of 30% of the total bill and for cancellation less than (1) working day, there is a cancellation fee of 50% of the total bill. No refund will be given if order cancellation is on the event date.

No cancellation or refunds for confirmed orders.

Minimum of 3 working days notice is required for any amendments to the order. For last minute amendments made less than 3 working days before the event date, an administrative fee of $30 will be imposed.
