Great portions, mixed quality, kids loved the sides. Appreciated that there is an option for rice and beehoon for 40pax and above. However, supposed customer favourites like the ... More Mongolian Fish Fillet was a disappointment as they were very soggy. The Chicken Cutlet with Orange Sauce, while a crowd favourite last year, had alot of leftovers this year as it was too deep fried and ended up being hard rather than crispy. The seaweed chicken (Kudos to Xiang's for accommodating the replacement of prawn for seaweed chicken due to prawn allergies) and cheesesticks were crowd favourites especially with the kids. Tear-down took place promptly 3 hrs after the set up. Do also take note that by ordering through Foodline, there will be no name labels for each dish - the deliveryman from Xiang's asked me to order directly so that the name labels will be prepared together. Overall, I have mixed views about whether to order from Xiang's again - but definitely in terms of portion size, dependability, I would recommend them, not so sure for quality of food.
