Unfortunately, out of the three tingkat providers I tried recently, my family favours this the least. They do not like most of the food out of the 10 days we catered for.

For me, the issue was with bad packaging on one of the days where the soy ... More sauce from the braised eggs spill over to the entire bag, making it messy to handle.

Then the next day the caterer forgot to pack rice. The upside is the caterer quickly responded to the feedback as there is a WA channel for communication, and offered an extra dish. But as we do not need that extra dish, we opted to just get a refund for the rice not delivered.

Thank you for your honest feedback. We’re sorry to hear that the meals did not meet your family’s preferences and for the packaging issue and missing rice. We’re glad our team was able to respond quickly, and we sincerely apologise for the ... More inconvenience caused. We’ll take your feedback seriously and work on improving our food quality and packing. 🙏
