"East Kitchen Might Not Meet West Timing Well"

On the first day of this contract, the delivery was done at 613pm. On another day (6/4), the dinner arrived at 6pm. Highlighted to the caterer about my request for the dinner to be delivered by 530pm and those 2 occasions kind of disappointed. I was ... More told they have shifted their central kitchen to far east and so the delivery lead time might not matched my requirement. I asked they should have stop taking orders for the west side as the dinner will always be late due to traffic and weather condition. They took my feedback sincerely. Overall, the food quality is acceptable, and they tried very hard to meet my timing as my family always like to have early dinner.
