Do yourself a favor avoid this caterer totally.

Caterer failed to call me to confirm order. I called the caterer the evening before my tingkat starts. Caterer said overlooked my order and will confirm with me via whatsapp by that night which did ... More not happen. No apology was given.

The evening the tingkat was suppose to start food did not come. I called the caterer again and she said overlooked my order and will sent the food over immediately. Bento came in 45mins, but still no apology.

In my order, i stated the tingkat to come with rice, but most days the tingkat meal were fried rice, fried noodle, nasi lemak and such where there is no need for white rice. I called foodline to clarify, i was told the caterer will call me back but no call came even as i am putting this review. Where did my money on white rice went?

Lastly, i am not a fussy food eater but the dishes that came were extremely salty, as much as my eyes cringed once i tasted it. If it is not salty, the food is bland like i have damaged taste buds. Long beans were uncooked and chickens were tough as rock.

Dinner was always delivered at about 4.30 pm. It can be hung on my gate but instead it was left on the dusty corridor beside the drainage.

If you are looking for caterer that can be worst off, i think it will be Adam's corner subsidaries if they have any.

Hi Mr James we apologize for the errors that we may have missed or caused you. We will refund you for the additional rice that you have paid for..
perhaps if you could have informed us midway that there was a problem with the flavours of the food ... More we would have rectified it immediately the same that we have rectified when the kitchen missed an order. We also would like to extend our apologies that has not been extended to you at the start of your tingkat.
We will provide a $20 voucher on our ala carte meals. Do WhatsApp the nos that has been communicating with you. And we will follow through.. thank you.
