"Action was not taken despite feedback on poor food quality"

Very disappointing despite feedback. Of late, food quality were bad particularly the fish and prawn. Don't know what type of fish, deep fried until so hard, tough and not eatable and got to be thrown away, it's worse than dory fish. On the prawn I ... More don't know if it is not fresh or not properly cooked. It's mushy and soft and not eatable and also has to be thrown away. So a dish is lost for that day if its delivered.
