Send a box of sour lotus rice on CNY eve. Almost giving us food poisoning. When I called they merely say will refund after CNY however there is no follow up until I prompt them a week later then they start to initiate the refund process. Which means ... More if I don't follow up I will wait until the cow come home.

Dishes are below expectations even the delivery. Desert came half filled (half of it is spilled) and all over the packaging and the delivery man still expect me to bring the packaging into my place, dripping all over and stain my house on CNY eve after spring cleaning. Rushing off before I check the items.

Sour duck taste is really gone case. Never order from the caterer, cny reunion dinner is ruined. No compensation, nothing from the caterer. Horrible.
