There was cancellation of food for 2x2 days during my order period, caterer only gave 1 day notice for each instance. Had to scramble to make alternative arrangements. Customer service was not responsive especially during lunch time (come on, you're ... More in the food business) and ignores queries when it comes to late delivery, so don't expect any support during the most critical timing.

Operations wise there were missing dishes (sent 3 instead of 4) and duplicate dishes (sent 2 of the same dish).

Food portion is so little that we often had to get our own food after that.

Multiple occasions the fish was smelly when it arrived.

For 30 days, it was a very long-drawn and painful experience.
