It is actually the squid intestines, we cook it with sake and salt to maintain the taste of the sea. However, I ... More understand what you are saying as the taste is actually acquired and not many people can take the taste as is it very overwhelming. We do however on the other hand, have customers asking for more of that sauce, but unfortunately, there is only one innard per squid and we are unable to produce more.

I can assure you that our squid is fresh and flown in from Hokkaido. So sorry for the misunderstanding and we hope you enjoyed the rest of our dishes!
