"Food & Customer Service/whatsapp Became worse than last time"

The food and service became worse after I renewed cycles... (e.g. food oily, salty, and some became less delicious. Customer service less responsive... Whoever packed the tingkat Tiffin Carriers kept pouring soup/gravy on the OUTSIDE of the carriers ... More - EVERY DAY, so, very hard to wash Every Day & I was forced to switch to plastic containers (I had preferred steel not plastic, due to health reasons)... They also made a number of mix-ups of my food on different days, customer service repeatedly wanted to close case by giving a few cheeseballs the next day... service became less polite...)... Last time, I was being Kind when I gave this 5 stars... One of my photos shows all the FLOUR covering 75% of the "hotpot pandan chicken dish on 30th October" but there was NO REPLY when I texted this over, giving feedback. I think the dish should be called "DEEP-FRIED OILY FLOUR with very very little chicken" (what happened to your Chef/team?) At least reply me? ...... Maybe they took me for granted because I renewed twice and am nice to them.. If they are less helpful to Repeat Customers, it is hard for us to renew.
