Our favourite dish was the Xing Zhou Bee Hoon with Beancurd Skin. It was a hearty staple that paired well with the other dishes. The salted egg yolk fish and prawn paste chicken wings were also flavourful and well-received.

The catering arrived ... More 30–60 minutes in advance to set up. Good to plan the delivery timing so that the food is ready just as guests begin to arrive, ensuring it is served fresh.
