Varied food quality, sometimes were ok sometimes needed more attention. E.g. very fishy tioman slices, cauliflowers with obvious black spots or eggs omelette that tasted a bit off (my kids refused to eat although they are egg-lovers) and slightly ... More saltier soup (subjective of course)
A few hiccups like late deliveries, 7pm and after, and missed food delivery due to system upgrade and got rectified after contacting them. Decent food portion
