Pros:
Good food. Setup was on time. Reasonably priced.

Cons:
Our event is 11-2pm, they need 1hr to setup so they came at 10am. And collection will be 4hrs from their setup time meaning caterer was there for collection just before 2pm. May not ... More be ideal if you have guests still hanging around. Also, the people who collected the setup actually threw the food warmer into the plastic garbage bag and burnt a hole with smoke coming out and guest have to pour water over to put it out, not sth one would expect from experienced staff.

Lastly, the fruit punch ran out although we catered for enough people (there were still food left). Thus, those opting for dessert which are not water based (e.g. I opted for mango pudding which I felt was yummy) may need to consider have additional beverage option on standby.
