I rather caterer spend more effort in cooking the dishes and trying them before delivering to us rather than decorating dishes with the flowers.. the lo han vegetables and curry chicken both signature is horribly salty, we even poured away the gravy ... More and try to lighten it with water but it is still way too salty which was thrown away eventually.. cereal prawn with so pathetic amount of cereal tt I wouldn’t call it cereal prawn, Hong Kong noodles is a tad salty too although I specifically reminded caterer “less salty” for the dishes… the rest of dishes is edible but nothing to rave abt, sambal beancurd is merely deep fried beancurd stir fry with sambal sauce, fried rice looks unappetising too… was nagged by my mum and grandma for ordering this and it really spoilt my day and bday occasion..
