"Food is edible, but not fantastic nor appealing."

Ordered this with High expectations; therefore was quite disappointed with the food that was sent over the next few days. I’m Glad that I only ordered for the 5 days trial.

One thing ... More to note is the delivery time (for people staying in Jurong area) - delivery is always done after 1245pm. Kim’s catering stated that food must be consumed by 130pm. However, I received my food at 1255pm for 2 days, and 115pm on one day. That leaves me with 35 and 15 minutes respectively to finish my food.
I have provided my feedback to them, and the lady over the phone mentioned that it was due to the overwhelming orders placed, which I understand it may be due to covid. Just a FYI for future consumers
There was also a day when the driver missed out on my rice, so I called the lady again and they brought back another packet 30 mins later.

Wasn’t very satisfied after the 5 days trial. Will not repurchase.
However, I must say that the customer service lady Lilian, is very sincere and always very willing to help. Thumbs up for her
