First and last time i will order from them. VERY BAD SERVICE!!!

Ordered the Trial 3days Tingkat dinner to try when I only received food for the 1st day. to my disappointment, I must say they are unprofessional and goes MIA without prior notice. ... More I ordered food for my children, but in the end this happens.

Below is what i encounter:

2nd day around 5pm, the food have not received. Called to check they said the Kitchen has some issue this noon and has been fixed. food is on the road. Still can tell me that the website stated clearly that dinner is from 4-6pm and hang up my phone abruptly.

So fine I waited. close to 6pm, food still not arrived. This time they get the driver to call me. Driver said the delivery guy is first day and ask me to be patient.

3rd day, totally no calls and no delivery. don't even want to pick up my calls anymore.
