The cake was intended to have nutty cake sponges with pistachio, but the nuts were not very fresh, and the rose decorations were too hard. Regarding service, I selected a delivery time of 11am to 1pm when placing the order on FoodLine, but I missed ... More a WhatsApp message from the baker changing the delivery time to 9am to 12pm which I didn't acknowledge. The cake was delivered at 9+ am, which was meant for an 11am event resulting in some disruptions. It is recommended that FoodLine ensures its caterers adhere to the chosen delivery time unless there is an acknowledgment of the changed delivery time.
