Due to the bad weather & bad traffic on 19 Feb morning, their delivery was late. The whole set-up was by 1 solo man delayed till 1 hour. Poor guy! I don't blame him as he's been very patient & hardworking to set up all on his own. However, knowing ... More the bad weather that morning, his company should let him out on the delivery route much earlier.
We ordered another caterer (Food Fest F&B) on the same event, their office support called to inform us that their delivery may be late but was punctual in the end.
At least, Food Fest bothered to assure / advise customer on unforeseen circumstances.
Anyway, good job for the delivery man & the marketing sales - Jim of Kim's Kitchen.
