Yummy food! I am so glad we picked the right caterer!

Set up and Service: They were very punctual and set everything up smoothly and very timely! It was CNY weekend and there were other orders but the operation staffs served with good customer ... More service! Thumbs up to their dedication!

Food: It was very yummy! Crispy food items were still quite crispy and they are tender. Veges are fresh, chicken rendang is excellent, so good that we finished every bit of the sauce! Rice and tofu are nice. Satay is good too! We especially like the osmanthus jelly! It's so refreshing and nice! Overall, i am impressed with the food. They taste very homemade... the chicken rendang tasted like how grandma would make (as in making the rempah from scratch and cooking the chicken with it).

I have quite a few guests who came up and ask me where the food is from as they were impressed!

Portion wise, to be honest, I wished it was more! But that's also because the food is nice and guests do take second serving.... I would say caterers nowadays (including the big players) serve portions that are true to number so do cater for more pax :)

This is now my favourite caterer and I will definitely order from Liang Caterer the next time I have an event :)
