"LOW quality of food and BAD Hygiene"

It was our 2nd time with Kims Catering. The 1st time was really good. But not sure if it's due to the CB and overwhelming orders, the 2nd time most of the time food taste ave or below average. The portion, however, is good value for $. There are ... More times when the dish came with char tao taste or sour taste. Contact the customer service but no response. (the 1st time happen to have sour dish but the customer service responded immediately)

We terminated our service immediately when we found a small baby cockroach looking pest in our tingkat when we open it.

The delivery uncle is very nice. It's sad that we won't get to see him since we terminated their service as he is friendly and always smiling. The average delivery time is btw 3-4pm which we feel its a bit too early especially if we finish work and reach home the food will be outside in the temperature danger zone for more than 2hours and bacteria would have multiplied.

Will never go back to them again as we have lost faith in this caterer due to the pest found in the food. Also, it felt as if they are unable to keep up with the order in terms of taste of food, the customer service and adhering to hygiene standard set by SFA during this period of time.
