"Food tastes good but customer service a minus point"

Food taste less salty compared to other caterers I have engaged.
Only issue is the customer service:
1) Very slow/no response
2) Asked to skip lunch coz not at home...reached home late afternoon and the food was left there a few hours to rot...at ... More to throw away
3) Notified them of the issue in #2 above and they did apologise but did not investigate further
4) Next day food did not come, whatsapp and ask is it not coming and no response, until a few hours called 2nd time finally someone answered and said skipped the wrong day.
--> Very disappointing, cannot manage changes and I have second thoughts on renewing as from time to time I need to skip. Just 1 time i requested skipping and its wrong.
