"Mini buffet should come late and be consumed immediately"

Tried the buffet w setup at friend’s event it was actually quite good that time hence ordered this mini buffet. to my disappointment it was not good this time. to be fair the food arrived early at 10am+ but guests started eating at 12pm+ so for a ... More mini buffet with no heating, any food would turn pretty stale by the time passed. apart from the natural deterioration of the food, a few other shortcomings:
-fried rice was slightly undercooked and bland (i dont usually eat very salty)
-golden beancurd dish was crap, as if i buy frozen seafood tofu myself to heat up that’s all, no gravy or cooking whatsoever
-sweet and sour pork was also i don’t know what? totally not the usual sweet sour pork you expect
-takoyaki came with pork floss instead of the flakes
-there was leftover probably because the food was not nice rather than portion was generous
for mini buffet with no warmer, it is better to have the food arrive late after all guests arrived than have the food arrive early and deteoriate
