"Food is good but service is hit-and-miss"

Overall food is tasty and of reasonable quality. No repeat dishes during the 10 days. We were so looking forward to the mini buddha jump over the wall. So disappointed that all the gravy leaked out of the container! See attached. No apology or offer ... More of replacement item next day from caterer. Billing and payment process can be improved.
