The following are the comments from both my guests and me on the food:

SilverFish Fried Rice - most boring dish. Only added silverfish. No mixed vegetables or fried eggs in the rice.
Stir Fry Hong Kong Noodle- just plain noodles with black ... More sauce.
Signature Curry Chicken w/Potato - full of oil with chucks of meatless tough chicken and small pieces of potatoes
Sweet & Sour Fried Fish Fillet - more batter than fish
Hong Kong Braised Tofu - boring bean curd with black sauce. Do not expect to find any slices of mushrooms in the dish
Oyster Sauce Xiao Bai Cai - just vegetables with oyster sauce and fried onions
Cereal Prawns - batter is light and not oily.
Overall, this is the most disappointing mini-buffet I have ever eaten. It's just like home-cooking food and not suitable for any celebrations. I am sure you can find tastier dishes at lower prices from any tze char stalls. This is my first and last time ordering from this caterer. Overcharged menu.

This is my first time ordering from this caterer after reading so many good reviews about them. I must say that it was the right choice.

The food delivered on time. My guests enjoyed the food very much. Apart from the delicious Signature Laksa ... More Lemak noodles, I would also recommend the Salted Egg Yolk Fish and the Tangerine Glazed Honey Chicken. The only dish that was not so popular was the Chilled Almond Jelly with Longan. Not sure if it was served with condensed milk or soya bean milk but it was too milky. Though we ordered for only 5 pax, the portion was so generous that there was more than enough for my guests to pack some home.

Both Jonathan and Lucas were also very prompt and professional on follow up matters.

Everyone enjoyed the food so much that there were no leftovers except for the rice. Would be good if the portion for the Signature Curry Chicken with Potato was little more generous. There was more curry gravy than chicken meat.

This is my 2nd time ordering from Liang Food Caterer and as usual, I am very pleased about their punctuality in delivering the food at our requested time. The delivery person was very polite and patient in carrying all the trays of food into the ... More house.

However, I was quite disappointed with the way that the chocolate eclairs were packed as most of it were overturned in the tray until the chocolate sauce were spread all over. I had to scoop up the sauce from the tray to put it back on the puffs.

The fried fish were stuck together in a soggy lump and I had to break them up to separate into individual pieces.

Overall, the food was tasty and the portion was very generous.

Would recommend to those who are not fussy about food presentation.

Order was delivered on time and the two delivery staff was very polite and efficient in staff were very efficient in bringing the trays of food to the table.

Everyone enjoyed all the dishes except for the Garlic Butter Rice which was quite bland. ... More The Christmas mini log cake was very soft and yummy. Overall, its value for money.

I was very impressed with the timely delivery despite the fact that it was made on the eve of the Chinese New Year.

As usual, the curry fish was everyone's hot favourite. Unfortunately, the dried mee siam was a little off by the time we sat down ... More to eat.

The quality of food is good except that the quantity is not enough for everyone even though I have paid extra to top up for some dishes.

I have decided to order from this company after finding out that their rating in the FoodLline was quite impressive. I ordered a dinner buffet which include nine dishes and a drink.

The food was delivered late on that evening because the driver ... More send it to the wrong address. Although my order was for a full buffet which should include the setting up of chafing dishes with cans of fuel to warm up the food, only three chafing dishes were provided. As such the curry chicken, vegetables, pork ribs deluxe and three other dishes were served cold in separate trays.

Being the organiser, I did not have much chance to savour all the dishes. The feedback from my guests were that the pork ribs deluxe were very tough and the vegetables were overcooked. The pandan chicken were very salty. There were lots of leftover after my guests left.

Very disappointed with the company for under delivering on their services. I am still waiting for one of their staff to let me know why the setting was not carried out according to my order.
