The food delivered was on time with the quantity and quality up to mark and our expectation.

The portion of the noodles were huge and it taste pretty good too. The rest of the dishes were on mark.

Overall pretty ok catering from FDFM.

This is our 2nd time ordering from FDFM, this round we took the no-setup package. Food arrive in time and in good condition, with disposable cutlery, thongs and serving spoon.

Food were generally good ... More especially the prawn roll which most guest loves and the yam paste which has the sweetness on spot (not too sweet which is good)

One of most desired dish is the curry chicken, however the chicken chucks seems too dry ( seems like it were pre-fried )., that could be done better.

Overall still a good experience with the FDFM team!

1st time trying out FDFM catering, overall quite a good experience from ordering, delivery, food & collection.

almost every dish were pretty good esp. the crispy chicken & kampong pork ribs which were well liked by the guests.

however 1 of the ... More dish was a disappointment- the ngoh hiang taste like some low quality mass produced bites, and some were even overcooked...

one suggestion to the team is that the disposable cutlery could be provided with some spares, as the provided bowls, plates & serviettes were just sufficient for 1 serving, which usually other caterers would have provided around 20% extras.

Overall the food was good, and we are glad to have ordered from mum's kitchen.
The portion of food is considered small, just nice..., with some of the guest missing out on the curry, probably a good thing as it may due to the good quality where ... More some guest took abit more than a single serving; as compared to some of the caterers we had previously ordered.

One comment generally made by our guest, is that the vegetables "stir fry greens with wolfberries" somehow would be better if it is green vegetable like "nai bai", "shanghai green", or other green leaves vegetable instead of the white cauliflower.

Overall i would still give a thumbs up to the mums kitchen team, and will definitely give it another go for our next buffet gathering coming up soon.

Good effort from Eatzi team for the nice and timely setup of our father's day celebration today.

We have taken the Eatzi Delight menu for 30px, overall the food was pretty good except for 1 the cereal prawn dish.

The quantity of the food was ... More sufficient except for the curry chicken dish, whereby the gravy is insufficient for 30 guests; the hong kong noodles with mushroom was aplenty... the quantity is 2x the amount of pineapple rice though.

As for the poor feedback on the cereal prawns, it was very disappointing, as being one of the main highlight dish, the quality was poor; its meat was not fresh and was mainly left untouched... In fact almost all the guest left it alone after the 1st bite...( i have feedback to the collection staff also)

The curry was very good, the best of the night... alas the portion and gravy was too little as the gravy was fully consumed before all the guest could have a try.
