Being the CNY period, I must say we had good value for our money! Overall the food was above average.

Overall I would rate them a 4.3 of 5. I find most dishes are of pretty good standard, especially two worth mentioning are Sing Chow Beehoon and Curry Chicken.

Overall I will rate a 4.1 out of 5 as the service and quality of foods are pretty okay.

Every dish is above average and I feel that overall, I received "good value for money".

For 33 pax, I think if all the dishes ordered are Half a Warmer tray, it's not sufficient. At least some should be Full warmer tray, not expecting all of course.

This is my second time ordering from Makan mate, they have proven to be a reliable caterer and the food were above average.

The Kampong Fried Rice could be better. It appears a little stale. Although the other dishes are acceptable and taste good.
