Due to shortage of manpower, the staff came alone 1 hour earlier to do the setup. Very polite and accommodative and ... More super efficient. It was a special occasion & all our invited guests greatly enjoyed the selections of food. No wasted food as majority of the dishes were gone before the party ended. No complaints except for the deep fried prawn dumplings - will be good to serve with warmer if possible. It will enhance the taste as it was too cold by the start of the meal time.
