Was on time. Set up was quick. Helpful service. had four trays of lohei but quantity don’t seem to be evenly distributed

Delivery was on time. General comments food is quite tasty but for 40 pax overall portion is small. Didn’t like that the Braised Beancurd with Assorted Vegetables came mostly beancurd, hardly any vegetables in it. Deshelled prawns delicious n ... More finished up quickly.
Honey sea coconut with longan refreshing but portion definitely felt like for 20pax only.

Overall, food was very delicious and tasty.
Only the fish had poor showing, with thick batter and tasteless fish meat.

The food was better than expected. Prawns were fresh, E-fu noodles nice, Herbal Chicken was succulent. Turkey Ham Fried Rice & Gyoza is forgettable.
The complimentary Chestnut Cake was something we were not sure what to do with it as it was thick ... More n hard.. perhaps if there were suggestions as to how it should be served would be helpful.

The fried rice was well fried and fluffy. The chicken was tender n flavourful. The fish was delicious and the broccoli was fresh !
Food was on time and still warm!

Most of us had more than a helping.
Did not feel thirsty after eating.
Generous ingredients in the Hot Cheng Teng.
