Food was all right comparing the price offered during CNY Day 2. Delivery was 15-30min earlier, which was good,especially during festive season period.
Staff was friendly and helpful.

Repeating customer of Ye Lai Siang. Food is delicious and the portion is generous, which is great as we are big eater. Will continue to order again for next year CNY. Keep it up!

Food is delicisious, especially the Irish lamb stew.
The fruit punch is a bit sweet.

First time order from RichFood and was left with impressive experiences.
Food was tasty and nice, portion was just nice, pricing was acceptable.
The food selection they provide was also a level different from the normal standard items other ... More caterer provide. They do put in effort in their menu selection.
Delivery was on time without delay despite still during CNY period.
Perhaps 1 thing to improved was to have call the customer to reassured order was accepted. As we order through foodline, we only got the email from foodline, but not from RichFood.
Other than this need to improve, all the others was good! Keep it up!

Delivery set at 530pm when order, but XYP called and say will be late for 1hr when confirm my order. Actual delivery on that day was at 8pm. so it was 2.5hr late. Some guest even left before food was delivered.
Food wise,
1) Pineapple fried rice ... More turn sour
2) Broccolli partial is sour
3) Curry become bubble after a while(spoil)

Without main(Rice), and 2 other sides, basically the buffet is nothing.
Complain to XYP, and was only offered about 15% of refund! And the management do not want to explain further, its either take it or leave it!

If you cant maintain the standard during CNY, then don't offer your service to consumer. If you can't handle logistic issue during festive season, then its your company issue and you cannot expect consumer to be understanding when your food was delay 2.5hrs and result in food turn sour! By refunding a small 15%, it isn't enough to cover the embarrassment I had for my event!
Most importantly, Food safety had been compromised!

Delivery was early, despite during CNY.
Food was delicious and portion was generous!
No regrets with this order from YLS.
Hope the company will maintain its standard and will definitely order from them again for any upcoming events/gathering.

1) setup for CNY using black tablecloth, super disappointing
2) portion was very little for 30pax, guest dare not eat, worried serving was not enough for others
3) kai lan was super dry and hard, including the scallop
4) Only herbal chicken was ... More tasty, all other dish was just average or below par

+point: did provide sufficient utensils and disposable tablecloth for Yu Sheng, very considerate.

Food was good. Portion is good also for 35Pax.
Sorry for the picture as was too excited till forget to take picture once setup complete. Dessert and drinks was special yet tasty, not the typical dessert or drinks in other normal buffet. Definately ... More will order from Fu Kwee again next year!

2nd time order from Xin Yi Pin. Both during CNY and both time did not disappoint.
Food quality is as good as before(except for Broccoli, abit sour when eaten)
Food quantity, can improved, portion wise hope XYP can give slightly more, food is ... More bearly enough for 35pax which I order.
Delivery was 45min late, but Festive season with 1 driver who do everything, can't complain much.
Hopefully XYP may want to setup an emergency contact number so that we can contact the in-charge when delivery was delay, especially during festive celebration or during important event.
