The dishes still nt too bad overall. however the slice fishes some of the sauce may not be so nice and fresh at times too..not so consistent. hope the si chuan pickles/ vege not too often as well too. in terms of liaising with the person , shes ... More quite nice and ok. however the taste of the vegetables also abit bland at times and also the soup not so nice too for some. if they can include the menu on what dishes to serve daily will be better too especially sometimes may wish to add on some dishes in additional but not sure will have repeated ones or not. .

Overall still quite value for the food if looking at 5 days. just realise slightly more fried meat at times and also 2 vegetables on the same day for one occasion like celery with green vegetables too. other than that still quite okay and good. hope ... More they can improve on this and also vegetables taste can be better so that do not taste so bland as i need to add in oyster sauce to make it taste more better.

The food not so nice at times for some dishes and abit little. other than that still ok and nice for some dishes like soup, fish etc. the service wasn't good at all as sometimes the main delivery person couldn't make it and they got a replacement ... More and it was delivered very late after the stated time like ard 8pm or so ! yet they did not bother to inform at all and i still got to call a few times before they will pick up the call to tell you they could not reach the delivery person too and nothing they can do as well.. remember one incident, they said soon and going to reach and in the end its 1 hour later! i could have cancel the food for that day if they can inform earlier! come to microwave containers which is standard for all tingkat. suddenly they just change to non microwave container for the soup without informing again! luckily i observe that its not suitable for heating and asked them abt it then they said its out of stocks so got to wait awhile. waited for awhile and things worsen that they change all dishes to non microwave containers! make it inconvenient for me as i need to heat up usually before tat. they mentioned still out of stocks and have to wait longer, asked them till when yet they said cannot confirm. sigh what service is that! they can get microwave containers from singapore too as well instead keeping customer to wait for their cheaper alternative from overseas which is not fair to us. do not bother to call back at all when request them to do so! then next day changed for me only after my feedbk and message to foodline etc. create so much inconvenience for me. if elderly people did not know and heat up using non microwave containers thinking it is the same . it could have cause some chemical reaction harmful to health!! they should inform customers asking for approval if they wish to change etc in the first place. really unsatisfied with their service and attitude to be frank. somemore they still raise their price higher recently ! time for me to change to another tingkat provider after trying for 2-3 times..

Overall the food and soup are still quite nice with great varieties except sometimes one or two dishes may not be to my liking which is normal but hope that the person in charge can take in our views seriously to improve further :) saw online that ... More pig trotter was nice and i have been looking forward to it but kind of disappointed when i first tried it, its not that soft and the meat got the strong meat taste which is not that nice and fresh. Delivery timing was good at my end so far. thanks..

The food still not bad in overall with the varieties in soup so far (1st time trial for 5 days though)but just that the sea coconut soup was too sweet and not so nice so will be good if can cut down the sweetness. they will add on a drink daily eg ... More like chrysanthemum etc. portion very little and will be good if slightly more. Sometimes when got further queries and need to watsapp the person in charge, its not that responsive with replies or sometimes totally no answer at all till i had to call in to check or speak to the person which i find it a hassle. hope customer service can be better improve. Menu of the week also not updated immediately online from foodline platform even though i check on Monday (beginning of the week) so i also need to watsapp the lady to get from her as well. i prefer it if this can be updated more promptly or the person can auto send over via watsapp without needing me to further prompt to get it from them every week.

Overall was quite okay and good as the only feedback from guest is that the broccoli was quite dry and hard.. cutleries on the other side i feel could be more will be good. It was just nice for the numbers but because quite a few guest went for 2nd ... More round after that.. it was a birthday party so we also need extra plates and fork etc for the guest after that but it wasn't enough although caterer did comment they will give slightly more so i was glad that i did prepare extra plates etc on my own otherwise it won't be enough for the guest esp for the cake session. Eg 30 pax (the caterer will give ard 45-50 plates more) do estimate on your own in case you need more cutleries which may not be enough. Other than that other dishes were quite ok and gd. honey prawns got more left over as i guess most guest don't wish to shell it which they may find it a hassle but taste wise was not bad. Hope my reviews can assist you all to take note of it, thanks

Vverall the dishes are ok except some feedback as below that certain dish portion are not sufficient at times eg, fried fish or prawn fritter only 4 pcs are given for 2 pax portion so overall portion may not be sufficient if the person is more to ... More big eateror we want to have slightly more. Other than that, the dishes don't taste too salty and more to healthy cooking but vegetable dish seems more to the bland side but good thing i like that their dishes usually come with more sauce so its not so dry. Some dishes may not be to my liking at times eg pork in vinegar sauce which i don't really like the taste. majority of the dishes are still not bad. I would still recommend to people who only want 3 dishes can consider jessie catering as most caterers minimum 4 dishes. I prefer to cook my own soup in additional at times so would prefer 3 dishes instead.

I am pretty satisfied with the food and portion. the food taste quite nice and the guests like it. it really did not disappoint me as I was quite skeptical because its my first time. I will order from them again in future. I quite like the curry and ... More nicer than expectation, cereal fish also nice got the slight sweet taste adding texture to it as well as the cheese cake! Yang Chow Fried rice taste also not bad. I would recommend them! :) Food Fest F&B catering (my order was for 20 pax-selected mini buffet)
