The caterer was pleasant to deal with - from the phone call confirmation of the event to the day of delivery and set up.
Food portions were generous. Cooked well and with heart! Not oily and the fried rice, ngor hiang were very appetizing. Caterer ... More even gifted a platter of eclairs. Guests gave positive feedback on the food. The sweet and sour fish is very fresh.

First time ordering from this provider.. Food is nice! much nicer than the old provider i used but they made a mistake when I requested not to deliver on wednesdays and they delivered on every wednesday.. so we had a lot of food wastage becos we ... More cooked on wednesdays.
Also, the provider made a mistake and only delivered 9 days worth of food and i had to do a lengthy follow up before they realized.

2nd time ordering from Hong Choo becos my parents really like the food. More variety and unlike the typical tingkat that gives very similar dishes over the week, Hong Choo is more creative with their dishes.

Been ordering from them whenever we have people staying with us. Noticed recently that there's been a change in menu, for the good! Previously we had a lot of "white" coloured vegetables but this time they did a whole lot more variety - we had ... More spinach, broccoli and even eggplant (which was very yummy!) I also like that the food is not too oily or salty, so I feel comfortable letting my toddler try too.
Service wise however, has declined. Used to liaise with a nice lady but now the lady who handles phone calls are a bit lacking in patience and tact. The delivery team is awesome tho!
